1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 8k80, a licensed online gaming platform operating under Philippine jurisdiction ("8k80," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 8k80 website located at https://8k80.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may not create or maintain an account. 8k80 operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, particularly where legal or regulatory requirements mandate such refusal.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of 8k80 services is subject to strict eligibility criteria established by Philippine law and our internal policies. To register and maintain an account with 8k80, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 8k80 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. We employ age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals under legal guardianship, declared legally incompetent, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are prohibited from using 8k80 services.
• Geographic Restrictions: 8k80 services are offered exclusively to residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and must ensure compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from specific regions as required by law or business considerations.
• Voluntary Participation: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database, whether maintained by 8k80, PAGCOR, or any third-party responsible gaming organization. If you have self-excluded from gambling activities, you are prohibited from creating an 8k80 account during the exclusion period.
• Account Restrictions: Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with 8k80. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering on behalf of another person constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

By registering with 8k80, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are met and will remain met throughout your use of the Platform. Misrepresentation of eligibility information constitutes fraud and may result in criminal prosecution under Philippine law in addition to account closure and fund forfeiture.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration with 8k80 requires submission of accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, email address, and a valid government-issued identification number. You must provide truthful information; submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund of deposits or forfeiture of winnings.

8k80 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within specified timeframes may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k80 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted through your account are presumed to be authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and account activities occurring under your credentials.

You agree to immediately notify 8k80 Customer Support of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. 8k80 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure socket layers, and firewall protection, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that internet-based transactions carry inherent security risks and agree that 8k80 shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8k80 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where we suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or breach of security protocols. We may require additional verification procedures, including two-factor authentication, for high-value transactions or where suspicious activity is detected.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

8k80 accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine residents, including GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers, over-the-counter bank deposits, and other methods displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically processed instantly for electronic payment methods (GCash, PayMaya, online banking) and within 24 hours for bank transfers and over-the-counter deposits. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your payment method and for any fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider. 8k80 does not charge deposit fees unless specifically disclosed prior to transaction completion.

All deposits must originate from payment sources held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in transaction reversal and potential account suspension. 4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes during business hours, subject to successful account verification.

Before processing withdrawals, 8k80 reserves the right to verify account details, request identification documents, and conduct anti-money laundering checks. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds require mandatory verification. Bonus terms and wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to comply with verification requests within 30 days will result in withdrawal cancellation and potential account suspension.

8k80 reserves the right to reverse transactions, withhold withdrawals, or close accounts where we suspect money laundering, fraud, collusion, or other illegal activity. In such cases, we may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8k80 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotional offer ("Bonus Terms"). Bonus Terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Common Bonus Types include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. Each Bonus carries specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limitations, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. You must carefully review applicable Bonus Terms before claiming any promotional offer.

Wagering Requirements: Most Bonuses require satisfaction of wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus amounts must be wagered on eligible games. For example, a 100 PHP bonus with 30x wagering requirements necessitates 3,000 PHP in total bets before withdrawal eligibility. 6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

All games offered on the 8k80 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 8k80, the player, or any third party. 8k80 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games, which represent the theoretical long-term payout rate for each game.

You acknowledge that all casino games involve an element of chance and that the house maintains a mathematical advantage over players in the long term. No strategy, system, or betting pattern can eliminate this house edge or guarantee profits. Historical results do not influence future outcomes, and each game round is independent of previous rounds.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, all affected bets and payouts are void and will be refunded. You must report suspected malfunctions immediately to Customer Support. Screenshots and transaction IDs assist in resolving disputes. 8k80 maintains comprehensive game logs and reserves the right to review all gameplay data to investigate disputes.

Disconnections: If disconnection occurs during gameplay, the game round will typically complete automatically according to the game provider's protocols. For games where player decisions are required, the game may be suspended pending reconnection or may proceed with the most conservative player decision. Specific disconnection policies vary by game provider and are disclosed in individual game rules.

You agree to play all games in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. Ignorance of game rules does not excuse non-compliance or provide grounds for dispute of results.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8k80 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of deposits and winnings, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks after receiving services, identity theft, or any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per individual, allowing others to access your account, or registering accounts using false identities or identities of third parties.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, transfer funds for illicit purposes, or engage in transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash without genuine risk.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access your account, registering using false age information, or otherwise facilitating underage gambling.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the Platform or any games.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account limitations.

8k80 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems, including pattern recognition algorithms, IP tracking, device fingerprinting, and manual review processes. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities investigating illegal activity and may report suspected criminal conduct to Philippine National Police, National Bureau of Investigation, or other relevant agencies.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 8k80 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of 8k80 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The 8k80 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 8k80 or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 8k80. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) download or copy Content except as expressly permitted; (b) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or Content; (c) make derivative uses of the Platform or Content; (d) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or (e) use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair 8k80's servers or networks.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 8K80, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical malfunctions, failures, or errors of any kind;
• Loss or theft of funds from your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

IN NO EVENT SHALL 8K80'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED WITH 8K80 DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, 8k80's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

8k80 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, fraud, abuse, or extended inactivity.

Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds subject to satisfaction of wagering requirements and verification procedures. Accounts with pending bonuses or investigations may experience delayed closure.

Involuntary Termination: Where 8k80 terminates your account for breach of Terms or fraud, we reserve the right to forfeit all funds in your account, void all pending bets, and pursue legal action for damages. You will be notified of termination by email to your registered address unless legal or regulatory considerations prevent such notification.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. 8k80 reserves the right to charge monthly maintenance fees on dormant accounts holding balances, subject to prior notification. After twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, remaining balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable abandoned property laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 8k80 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 8k80 Customer Support. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If informal resolution fails, you agree that all disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285) and the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, before a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties or appointed in accordance with PDRC rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 8k80 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. Changes to Terms

8k80 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to users via email to registered addresses and/or prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. The date of last revision appears at the top of this document.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules or terms applicable to particular services or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8k80 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
